Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken and Salsa Verde Spring Saturday Supper

This time we made it with potatoes and onions in the pan for the bake. A local Whole Foods has fair ( Bell & Evans family packs, Animal Welfare Rating = 2 ) chicken on sale from time to time.

We added diced tomatoes and juice from 1/2 lemon. For the heat we used two small fresh green thai peppers. So refreshing and delicious!
